Student Experience on Leadership

I have lived this leadership approach in past jobs, and I did not even realize it. I believe natural-born leaders know how to reach people and lead them at whatever point they are at. This past summer, in my leadership role, I was able to direct, support, coach, and delegate to those under me without thinking much of it. The only challenge I can recall from leading in this way is when I went a bit too fast and gave support to someone who actually needed coaching. It resulted in some awkward backtracking and some time wasted but in all it was a great experience that taught me to evaluate others more.
