The situational leadership theory focuses more on willingness and ability. So I wish to assert here, is it qualified base on the willingness and ability of the individual? And in terms of the two factors as mentioned above, the ability and willingness does it focuses only on age.? If so, what about the level of exposure, ideas, experience, spiritual effects(by spiritual effect of the individual here, I strictly mean that, some ability and willingness of the individual can also be affected by the individual's spiritual state of being. When one is not doing well, 90% of that failure is related to Spiritual effects from the individual sphere), and what have you. Does it take cognizance of these factors as well? I think it should be looked into.
