Leaders are born. Looking back in history, there were only a few number of people who were assertive, who stood strong and spoke up when change was needed. Those leaders did not have access to all sorts of literatures (as we do today) to teach them about the different leadership styles and strategies. Training and education only enhance what a leader already has within him/her.
