Intrinsic motivation

An individual or group of people where they always have an interest in innovating a new idea in their environment,but they are ashamed to express it due to less motivation that is why we are always where we are not because we don't have any idea but due to un-acceptance of that idea. Whenever an individual present a good philosophy to his environment the only thing that we can do to motivate him is to accept that idea. This is an example of ACCEPTANCE IN INTRINSIC MOTIVATION.
