Intrinsic and Extrinsic motivation

Intrinsic motivation is something that comes within my self. It is just like I am setting in the class room with my fellow students. I am trying to study, take lots of notes and put my mind in the win, win thought.
People might thank that I am wasting my time, but I don't care, because I know that I can do, or accomplish anything if I study, and put my best foot forward, and keep the end in mind, and make the ending as good as the beginning no matter what I am writing, drawing, painting, music, playing the piano, wish is my number one professional hobby. The joy it brings me when I am playing the piano in church on Sunday's is such a joy, and a reward, because I know that I will be rewarded by my Savior one day. Just like my home work, I know if I put everything into it I will be rewarded with a degree, and knowing that I have accomplished something means so much to me.
Helping children who are being abused, and the elderly as well. Extrinsic is like getting an award at work for being there for so long. Like I have been at my job for six years, and I got to pick from our catalog any one thing that I wanted, and I picked a nice cookware set, and I loved it. Or when I worked at a factory for twenty three years, and each year at Christmas they would give us a ham, and sometimes a bonus, then all that hard work that I had done made it feel worth the while. working hard at my school work will pay off in the long run even though it feels hard sometimes.
