Not only excuses, but having this frame of mind will prevent you from seeing the real source of the problem and will result in you expanding efforts in the wrong area of your life! The end result is that you are at very high risk of continuing this spiral downwards.

What people sometimes don't realize is that success only comes after many failures! So failing more will bring you more success.
