Leaders must have vision, only by having this can they inspire and motivate others.
Many Managers roles face and operate at the S1 segment of the Blanchard leadership model and this impacts both the Leader and the development of their teams.
Perhaps fear of failure or familiarity are reason for holding back but these are not acceptable.
It has taken me a long time to accept I need to change and create balance in my life mainly by accepting success through others.
Leadership can be studied and practiced, its a skill that I urge all current Managers to strive for....become Leaders of people.
